Andy joined PSG in 2017, and is responsible for client service delivery for several of our most important accounts. In order to build strong partnerships and clear value creation for our clients, he coordinates with our operations team in the Philippines and client teams to ensure that we deliver results in a timely and effective manner. In addition to client service delivery, he is leading PSG’s overall operational transformation program, known as the PSG Way Of Work or “WOW”, which encompasses a number of interrelated initiatives that are keeping PSG on the cutting edge of operational excellence. Prior to joining PSG, Andy was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he led Lean Management transformations and developed strategy for several Fortune 500 companies. Before that, he served as an intelligence officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he led units in Afghanistan and the southern Philippines. Andy holds a BA in Economics from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from Yale. He now resides in Denver, Colorado where he enjoys cycling, hiking in the mountains, and spending time with his family.
