David is responsible for creating value for each of our clients. To accomplish this, he is focused on building a strong partnership with each client while improving the maturity of PSG’s delivery model. David and the Customer Success Team have helped PSG increase our net promoter score to 82%, in the same range as leaders like Apple and Amazon. Prior to joining PSG in 2014, David spent 13 years working with Accenture and IBM. His responsibilities included the transformation of operating models, restructuring, outsourcing, process and IT transformation across a variety of industries. David has an IT engineering degree from DHBW Mannheim in Germany. In 2012, David relocated to Marina Del Rey, CA, from Germany. David is enjoying life in southern California with his wife Vera.
