Jim Franke


Jim is one of the pioneers of offshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). In 2000, Jim founded eTelecare Global Solutions, one of the first offshore call center companies in the world. As President, Jim oversaw the company grow to 10,000 professionals and $200M in revenue, culminating in an IPO in 2007. Under Jim’s leadership, eTelecare became a leading partner for companies such as American Express, AT&T, Ameriprise, and Dell and developed into one of the most respected and awarded companies in the BPO industry, making Inc. Magazine’s “Inc. 500” list twice. Jim holds a BA from Duke University and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Jim enjoys camping, waterskiing, snowboarding and spending time with family and friends.
