Rey manages the company’s shared services teams. He is a BPO industry veteran with more than 15 years of experience leading strategic shared services functions specializing in the fields of Business Intelligence, Quality and Continuous Improvement. Prior to PSG, Rey worked for industry giants like AXA and Telstra to support their business transformation programs particularly taking pride in contributing to the development of the Australian telco’s contact center transformation program which resulted in a significant NPS improvement across its network of in-house and outsourced contact centers. Rey has a BS Degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines. Outside of work, Rey lives a colorful and demanding life first as a father of 2 energetic little boys and second as a fledgling triathlete.
