Offshore Recruiting Support Provider Earns Commendation with Prestigious Award
MARINA DEL REY, California – PSG Global Solutions, a provider of offshore recruiting support to global recruiting operations, was named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the Continuous Improvement on Recruitment Process Delivery category for the fifth annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards today. The Stevie® Awards are among the world’s premier business awards and recognize workplace innovation across industries.
Over 800 organizations throughout the Asia-Pacific region were submitted for consideration in a wide-range of categories that measured the innovativeness of their products, services, management, corporate websites, and other business attributes. Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie® Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 100 executives around the world acting as judges in March and April.
Stevie® Award judges were impressed by the RPO’s ability to combine process improvements and technology enhancements as they increased productivity and KPIs across client accounts. In particular, PSG Global Solutions was selected for their innovative process changes with their proprietary Recruitment Management System (RMS), technology investments made with their Compass Performance Management and Analytics platform, and creative social media strategy with their social media BOT deployment to automate components of initial candidate screening activities.
“Our metrics-driven approach and our continuous investment in our people and the technology tools we provide them are cornerstones of PSG’s success,” said Brian Cotter, Co-Founder and Co-President of PSG Global Solutions. “Our commitment to making these investments has yielded consistently strong results for our clients, and we are honored that the Stevie® Awards recognized the achievements of our amazing team.
“At PSG Global Solutions, we realize the importance of leveraging the latest technologies and best people to compete in today’s global talent acquisition market,” said Vivek Padmanabhan, Co-Founder and Co-President of PSG Global Solutions. “As an example, after our RMS rollout and social media BOT deployment, our Facebook page’s response rate is at 99% with a response time of less than 15 mins. It has also helped us more than triple our hires from the channel from 5% to 16% of total hires.”
All Stevie® Awards will be presented to winners at a gala banquet at the Mira Hotel in Hong Kong on Friday, June 1st.
