Offshore Recruiting Support Provider Earns Commendation with Prestigious Award
MARINA DEL REY, California – PSG Global Solutions, a provider of offshore recruiting support to global recruiting operations, was named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the Continuous Improvement on Recruitment Process Delivery category for the fifth annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards today. The Stevie® Awards are among the world’s premier business awards and recognize workplace innovation across industries.
Over 800 organizations throughout the Asia-Pacific region were submitted for consideration in a wide-range of categories that measured the innovativeness of their products, services, management, corporate websites, and other business attributes. Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie® Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 100 executives around the world acting as judges in March and April.
Stevie® Award judges were impressed by the RPO’s ability to combine process improvements and technology enhancements as they increased productivity and KPIs across client accounts. In particular, PSG Global Solutions was selected for their innovative process changes with their proprietary Recruitment Management System (RMS), technology investments made with their Compass Performance Management and Analytics platform, and creative social media strategy with their social media BOT deployment to automate components of initial candidate screening activities.
