Brian has been co-president of PSG since its founding, and focuses on overseeing the company’s US operations. Prior to co-founding PSG, Brian was Vice President of Operations for eTelecare Global Solutions, a publicly traded business process outsourcing company. At eTelecare Brian managed a $60M division with 1,500 onshore and offshore employees.
Brian joined eTelecare from Bain & Company, where he worked as a senior consultant for clients across a range of industries, including technology and financial services. Brian also worked for Bain’s Private Equity Group, advising private equity investors on acquisition candidates in a variety of service industries, including the staffing industry.
Brian holds a BS from Bryant College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Born and raised in Connecticut, Brian is an avid UConn Huskies fan. Today, living in Southern California, Brian enjoys taking advantage of the great year round weather, playing basketball, golf and tennis.
Vivek has been co-president of PSG since its founding, and has spent the majority of his time at the company in Manila, running PSG’s Philippines operations. Vivek has extensive experience in international business, having operated in North America, Europe and Asia.
Prior to PSG, Vivek was Senior Vice President for Global Shared Services at eTelecare Global Solutions, a publicly traded business process outsourcing company. Over a four year period, he oversaw growth of 65% YOY, resulting in an IPO in 2007. Prior to eTelecare, Vivek worked in Europe at McKinsey and Company.
Vivek holds an International MBA from University of Chicago with concentrations in strategy, finance and entrepreneurship, an MS in Computational Mechanics from Duke University, and a BTech from IIT Madras. Vivek enjoys playing tennis and likes to travel. He is a huge fan of Japanese cuisine but makes no attempts to learn to cook it.
Monica has managed PSG’s Philippine operations since joining in 2010. She has been building and running teams in the Philippines for over 20 years.
Prior to PSG, Monica held multiple positions at eTelecare Global Solutions, starting as a team leader then moving into operations management and client management roles working directly with US-based Fortune 500 companies.
Monica holds a BA in Communications Arts from Ateneo de Manila University. Monica likes to spend time entertaining her nieces on the weekends and every year she looks forward to traveling to different parts of Europe
David is responsible for creating value for each of our clients. To accomplish this, he is focused on building a strong partnership with each client while improving the maturity of PSG’s delivery model. David and the Customer Success Team have helped PSG increase our net promoter score to 82%, in the same range as leaders like Apple and Amazon.
Prior to joining PSG in 2014, David spent 13 years working with Accenture and IBM. His responsibilities included the transformation of operating models, restructuring, outsourcing, process and IT transformation across a variety of industries.
David has an IT engineering degree from DHBW Mannheim in Germany. In 2012, David relocated to Marina Del Rey, CA, from Germany. David is enjoying life in southern California with his wife Vera.
Andy joined PSG in 2017, and is responsible for client service delivery for several of our most important accounts. In order to build strong partnerships and clear value creation for our clients, he coordinates with our operations team in the Philippines and client teams to ensure that we deliver results in a timely and effective manner.
In addition to client service delivery, he is leading PSG’s overall operational transformation program, known as the PSG Way Of Work or “WOW”, which encompasses a number of interrelated initiatives that are keeping PSG on the cutting edge of operational excellence.
Prior to joining PSG, Andy was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he led Lean Management transformations and developed strategy for several Fortune 500 companies. Before that, he served as an intelligence officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he led units in Afghanistan and the southern Philippines.
Andy holds a BA in Economics from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from Yale. He now resides in Denver, Colorado where he enjoys cycling, hiking in the mountains, and spending time with his family.
Rob McIntosh is a senior talent executive with 20+ years of global recruiting experience spanning four continents. He is one of the early pioneers of building global corporate sourcing functions for Microsoft and Deloitte and the co-founder of SourceCon. He is the primary content, strategies, tools, and case studies provider for the Human Capital Institute Talent Acquisition Strategist Course & Certification and ERE Media’s Talent Advisor course.
Rob is responsible for optimizing cost per hire for our clients through the use of innovative sourcing and recruitment marketing technologies. He also leverages his deep experience with sourcing strategies across multiple job categories to help with our RPO solutions design for clients.
Rob originates from Sydney Australia is married to a French Canadian, has 3 children, 5 dogs, 27 pond fish and has been known to have a strange sense of humor given his love of Monty Python.
George manages client implementations for PSG and works directly with new accounts to manage performance and scale operations. He is also responsible for day to day service delivery for a range of client accounts. Prior to joining PSG in 2009, George handled sales teams for various companies, including eTelecare.
George holds a BS from the Philippine School of Interior Design. On the weekends, he likes to spend time with his son. He also enjoys photography, wakeboarding, and mountain biking.
Rey manages the company’s shared services teams. He is a BPO industry veteran with more than 15 years of experience leading strategic shared services functions specializing in the fields of Business Intelligence, Quality and Continuous Improvement.
Prior to PSG, Rey worked for industry giants like AXA and Telstra to support their business transformation programs particularly taking pride in contributing to the development of the Australian telco’s contact center transformation program which resulted in a significant NPS improvement across its network of in-house and outsourced contact centers.
Rey has a BS Degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines. Outside of work, Rey lives a colorful and demanding life first as a father of 2 energetic little boys and second as a fledgling triathlete.
Kathleen Jardenil manages all projects in the company including site expansion, site build outs, facility management and new program launches. Before joining PSG, Kat spent 18 years managing operations and implementations for large contact center organizations, including Integrated Ordering Systems, StarTek, Inc. and eTelecare Global Solutions. She has managed teams and large scale implementations across the US, Latin American and the Philippines.
Kat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Tourism from the University of the Philippines. Kat is Six Sigma (Green Belt) and PMP (Project Management Professional) certified. Kat is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and enjoys hiking. Every year, she makes it a point to travel in other parts of the world especially South America and Europe.
Rom Lindogan is responsible for creating value for each of our clients. To accomplish this, he is focused on building a strong partnership with each client while improving the maturity of PSG’s delivery model.
He started with PSG in 2010 as a team manager for our research division and moved up the ranks taking on different roles and responsibilities in operations and account management.
Rom went to the University of the Philippines, studying Electronics and Communications Engineering. In addition to playing basketball and running marathons, Rom enjoys organic agriculture and building robots with AI to help manage the rice fields on his farm.
Noel joined PSG in 2017, and is responsible for managing service delivery and operations across a portfolio of PSG accounts. Noel works directly with clients and operations in the Philippines to ensure we deliver results in a timely and effective manner.
Noel has spent the last nineteen (19) years working in the BPO industry in the Philippines, managing teams for fourteen (14) of those years.
Noel enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, three kids, two dogs and an ugly cat. His hobbies include hydroponics and backyard vegetable farming as well as leading weekly bible study groups.
Brett has been with PSG Global Solutions since it’s founding. During his tenure with PSG he has been focused on developing new business for PSG.
He has a proven track record of success in developing and maintaining new relationships, having closed several hundred client programs since joining PSG in 2009 that have enabled PSG to achieve average revenue growth of 50% annually.
Brett previously sold golf course advertising in the US and Ireland prior to joining PSG. He likes to spend his weekends with his wife Laurie rooting on Oregon athletics (Go Ducks!).
Ned Selvog – Senior Director Business Development – Ned joined PSG Global Solutions in 2017, and is focused on developing new business for PSG.
Prior to joining PSG, Ned spent five years as a Director of Business Development with PeopleScout, focused on consulting with prospective clients to design and implement complex outsourced talent solutions including global RPO, Project, Niche and/or Technology-driven deals.
Earlier in his career Ned was a successful contingency fee based Recruiter, a Staffing Operations Analyst, and worked for Merrill Lynch.
Ned is a graduate of the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida and loves rooting for his Gators! He lives in Southwest Florida with his wife and a happy addition to his family, their baby daughter. Ned loves to take in all that Florida has to offer – golf, cooking, tennis, bicycling, and spending time with his growing family.
Jeff joined PSG in 2020 to assist in the growth of our Corporate services market share. Jeff spent the last two years as Vice President of Sales for TTEC where he focused solely on selling Business Process Outsourcing solutions within the healthcare industry.
Prior to his role with TTEC, Jeff spent over 15 years in healthcare staffing and recruitment working for Maxim Healthcare Services. During his time with Maxim, Jeff held a variety of sales and leadership roles in Recruitment, Account Management, and Business Development.
Jeff holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from The Pennsylvania State University. He lives outside of Nashville TN with his wife and 3 young boys. Jeff loves spending time at the lake, golfing, and anything outdoors.
Adeem Fenster is Senior Vice President of Operations at Advantage Solutions, a private-equity owned sales and marketing firm. In his current role, Adeem is responsible for leading a team of over 200 associates that recruit and deploy over 50,000 associates per year.
Prior to his current role, Adeem was a management consultant at Advantage under the guidance of the COO to operationally restructure the Talent Acquisition department to improve speed, quality, retention and cost per hire.
Adeem has held various global strategy and operations roles at Honeywell, Frontier Strategy Group and Bank of America. He began his career as an Equity Analyst in New York for Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Adeem earned his MBA with honors from Columbia University and holds a B.S. in Decision Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
Jim is one of the pioneers of offshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). In 2000, Jim founded eTelecare Global Solutions, one of the first offshore call center companies in the world. As President, Jim oversaw the company grow to 10,000 professionals and $200M in revenue, culminating in an IPO in 2007.
Under Jim’s leadership, eTelecare became a leading partner for companies such as American Express, AT&T, Ameriprise, and Dell and developed into one of the most respected and awarded companies in the BPO industry, making Inc. Magazine’s “Inc. 500” list twice.
Jim holds a BA from Duke University and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Jim enjoys camping, waterskiing, snowboarding and spending time with family and friends.
Aaron has brought an innovative approach to numerous staffing-related businesses. Professional Staffing Group (PSG), which he started in 1996, has grown to become one of the largest staffing firms in Massachusetts; PSG staffs office support, creative, technical, human resources, healthcare and financial positions.
At PSG, Aaron pioneered the use of voice-based offshore recruiters, which led to the establishment of a PSG Global Solutions. Aaron also serves as a strong advocate for the staffing industry; he is the former Chairman of the American Staffing Association where he worked to advance the interests of staffing and recruiting firms of all sizes and across all sectors.
Aaron enjoys spending time with friends and family in southern Florida.
