PSG team of over 100 resources engages candidates from "problem" locations at specific funnel steps, in an effort to move them forward in the recruiting process.

RESULTS

Conversion rates increased by 19% at "Interview" step and 10% at "Orientation" step when PSG performed interventions. For 2017, this work yielded over 12,000 additional hires for the client and saved them nearly $2.3M.
