Brian Cotter
Co-Founder &
President

Brian leads Business Development, and Client Management at PSG, and co-leads the Finance function with Vivek. He is based out of Connecticut. Prior to co-founding PSG, Brian was Vice President of Operations for eTelecare Global Solutions, a publicly traded business process outsourcing company. At eTelecare, Brian managed a $60M division with 1,500 onshore and offshore employees.

Brian joined eTelecare from Bain & Company, where he worked as a senior consultant for clients across a range of industries, including technology and financial services. Brian also worked for Bain’s Private Equity Group, advising private equity investors on acquisition candidates in a variety of service industries, including the staffing industry.

Brian holds a BS from Bryant College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and a MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Born and raised in Connecticut, Brian is an avid UConn Huskies fan.

Vivek Padmanabhan
Co-Founder & President

Vivek leads Operations, and Technology at PSG, and co-leads the finance function with Brian. He is based out of Los Angeles, having spent the first 7 years of PSG in Manila, Philippines.

Prior to PSG, Vivek was Senior Vice President for Global Shared Services at eTelecare Global Solutions, a publicly traded business process outsourcing company. Over a four-year period, he oversaw growth of 65% YOY, resulting in an IPO in 2007. Prior to eTelecare, Vivek worked in Europe at McKinsey and Company.

Vivek holds an MBA from Chicago Booth, an MS in Computational Mechanics from Duke University, and a BTech from IIT Madras. Vivek enjoys playing tennis, likes to travel, and spend time with his young family.

Monica Maralit
Senior Vice President, Program Management

Monica has managed PSG’s Philippine operations since joining in 2010. She has been building and running teams in the Philippines for over 20 years.

Prior to PSG, Monica held multiple positions at eTelecare Global Solutions, starting as a team leader then moving into operations management and client management roles working directly with US-based Fortune 500 companies.

Monica holds a BA in Communications Arts from Ateneo de Manila University. Monica likes to spend time entertaining her nieces on the weekends and every year she looks forward to traveling to different parts of Europe.

Scott Fraleigh
Senior Vice President, Business Development

Scott is responsible for leading the new business development team at PSG. In his current role, he engages with prospective and current clients to create innovative recruitment strategies. As a trusted advisor of talent acquisition, he is often sought after to consult with leading global brands on the development and deployment of technology enabled solutions. Scott joined PSG in 2021 and is based in Connecticut.

Prior to joining PSG, Scott held executive leadership positions with PRO Unlimited, Randstad and Kelly -OCG where he was responsible for revenue growth through strategic partnerships and operational excellence including the expansion of solutions to EMEA and APAC.

Scott holds a BS in Human Resource Management from the New York Institute of Technology where he graduated Magna cum laude. He also completed the Executive Management Program on Transformational Leadership at the London School of Business. A lifelong resident of Connecticut, he is a passionate fan who enjoys attending live sporting and music events with his two sons.

Kaltrina Riley
Vice President, Marketing

As the Vice President of Marketing at PSG Global Solutions, Kaltrina Riley has a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that elevate competitive positioning within the staffing industry. With a client-centric and forward-thinking approach, Riley specializes in lead generation, digital marketing, brand development, content marketing, innovation, analytics, and global program planning and implementation.

Riley has extensive global experience in online and offline channels, including website development and management, email marketing, direct mail, strategic event management, online advertising, and social media networks. She excels in cross-functional team management, budget planning and management, email marketing programs, event operations and strategy, public relations, and training and development.

With her results-focused mindset and innovative thinking, Riley continues to drive business growth and success for PSG Global Solutions.

Robert McIntosh
Vice President, Recruiting Solutions and Solutions Architecture

Rob is responsible for solution architecture, recruitment marketing, and recruiting solutions that focus on optimizing cost per hire for our clients through the use of innovative sourcing and recruitment marketing technologies. He also leverages his deep experience with sourcing strategies across multiple job categories to help with our RPO solutions design for clients.

Rob is a senior talent executive with 20+ years of global recruiting experience spanning four continents leading Talent Acquisition for companies like McKesson and Avanade (an Accenture/Microsoft JV). He is one of the early pioneers of building global corporate sourcing functions for Microsoft and Deloitte and the co-founder of SourceCon. He is the primary content, strategies, tools, and case studies provider for the Human Capital Institute Talent Acquisition Strategist Course & Certification and ERE Media’s Talent Advisor course.

Rob has a diploma in IT Operations and Cobol Programing from the Control Data Institute in Sydney, Australia. Rob originates from Sydney, Australia, is married to a French Canadian, has 3 children, 5 dogs, 27 pond fish and has been known to have a strange sense of humor given his love of Monty Python.

Maureen Maranca
Vice President, Finance

Maureen Maranca joined PSG in 2022 as the Vice President of Finance, where she manages the Company’s finance, accounting, treasury and budgeting processes.

Maureen held a variety of senior financial management positions including VP of Finance and Controller of Akorbi, Controller of Pinnacle Group, Controller of Everge Group and Audit Manager of 7-Eleven. In these roles, Maureen had overall responsibility for financial reporting, planning and budgeting, audit and internal control, payroll, full cycle accounting, treasury and offshore finance resource management. Prior to joining 7-Eleven, Maureen was an auditor at KPMG, LLP for seven years.

Maureen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas. Maureen is originally from the Philippines and moved to Texas in 2005. She enjoys outdoor time with her family and watching her three kids play sports.

Anand Krishnan
Chief Technology Officer

Anand Krishnan is responsible for developing the technology foundation for PSGs tech-enabled services. He and his team have built a first of a kind recruitment process outsourcing operations and enablement platform that combines the proprietary thought leadership of PSG and the best-in-class tools in the industry. PSG’s technology platform is instrumental in helping PSG create measurable value for their clients. He also manages the security, compliance, and data privacy for PSG.

Prior to PSG, Anand held senior technical leadership positions at IBM helping several fortune-500 clients. He helped deploy large scale technology solutions for his clients and built technology teams in 11 countries. He also founded multiple technology companies. Anand started dabbling with computers at the age of 12. He built a career as a technology executive, a tech entrepreneur, and a c-suite advisor for fortune 500s and growth stage companies. Anand serves on the board of multiple high impact startups.

Anand holds an Honors Degree in Engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Anand lives in Atlanta with his wife and two sons. Anand enjoys travelling and going on long motorcycle rides. He is also still trying to figure out why he needs all those clubs in his golf bag.

David Koch
Senior Vice President, Client Servicesd

David leads PSG’s Healthcare Division since its inception. He has been instrumental in building the strategic vision for the division and has spearheaded its growth. In addition to his role in the Healthcare Division, David is responsible for the client service delivery for PSG’s largest client. David is supported by a strong Client Services team in the U.S. and partners with the Operations team in the Philippines. David and the Customer Success Team have helped PSG increase its net promoter score to 82%, in the same range as leaders like Apple and Amazon.

Before joining PSG in 2014, David spent 13 years in different roles with Accenture and IBM. His responsibilities included the transformation of operating models, restructuring of organizations, outsourcing, process, and IT transformation across various industries.

David has a Graduate Engineering degree (Dipl. Ing.) in Computer Science from the DHBW University in Mannheim, Germany. In 2012, David relocated from Germany to Marina Del Rey, CA. David is enjoying life in southern California with his family.

Mindy Gulledge
Vice President of Business Development

In 2023, Mindy Gulledge joined PSG Global Solutions as Vice President of Business Development.

Previously, Mindy has spent 10+ years in strategic sales on a national scale, providing recruitment, human resource, and technology solutions across multiple industry verticals. Prior to, Mindy enjoyed a diverse career in the retail industry as a store manager, merchandise planner, and corporate buyer.

Based in Atlanta, GA, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and family. Mindy earned her degree from the University of Florida. Go Gators!

Brett Williams
Vice President, Business Development

Brett is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with staffing firms, RPOs, and staffing platforms. He is based out of Portland, Ore., having spent his first 6 years of PSG at our US HQ in Marina del Rey, Calif.

Brett previously worked for the world’s largest golf course marketing firm, building an extensive portfolio in both the US and Ireland.

Brett holds a BS in Journalism & Business Administration from the University of Oregon. Brett enjoys spending time with his young family, playing tennis and golf, and attending Oregon football games (Go Ducks!).

Noel Disu
Associate Vice President, Strategic Shared Services

Noel joined PSG in 2017, and is responsible for managing shared services. Noel works with internal stakeholders to ensure that the service delivery team in the Philippines is well-supported and has everything they need to be successful.

Noel has spent the last twenty years working in the BPO industry in the Philippines, managing teams for fourteen of those years.

Noel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mapúa University. Noel is a regenerative farmer who enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, three kids, two dogs and an ugly cat. Noel also leads weekly bible study groups.

Steve Wajda
Vice President, RPO Sales

As VP of RPO sales, Steve is responsible for overseeing and leading the Americas region in client solutions and sales. With 30 years of experience in the human capital and workforce solutions industry, Steve brings extensive expertise in managing, designing, and selling best-in-class talent solutions to accelerate and expand PSG's RPO Recruitment Process Outsourcing practice.

Colin Brophy
Vice President, Talent Acquisition

Experienced Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Development Professional with a proven track record of success. Responsible for the overall recruiting strategy and delivery for the United States.

Colin brings vast experience as a Talent Acquisition leader in the US, supporting Government, Transportation, Healthcare, and a multitude of other Commercial clients. Colin has spent the last 16 years in high-volume recruiting, with the last ten years focused in BPO.

Rommar Lindogan
Senior Director, Client Services

Rom is responsible for creating value for our clients. He accomplishes this by building strong relationships with his clients and ensuring the quality of PSG’s delivery. While Rom has successfully managed programs across a wide range of industries, he has deep expertise in Healthcare recruiting that he brings to his client engagements.

Prior to PSG, Rom lead customer support teams in the financial services and technology industries. He started with PSG in 2010 as a team manager for our research division and moved up the ranks taking on different roles and responsibilities in operations, program management and client services. He spent his first 9 years with PSG in Manila and is currently based out of Los Angeles, California.

Rom studied Electronics and Communications Engineering at the University of the Philippines. In addition to playing basketball and running marathons, Rom enjoys boxing, chess, and organic farming.

George "Katch" Katsuyama
Vice President, Program Management

George manages client implementations for PSG and works directly with new accounts to manage performance and scale operations. He’s responsible for service delivery for a range of client programs in various industries.

Prior to joining PSG in 2009, George handled sales teams for various companies, including eTelecare.

George holds a BS from the Philippine School of Interior Design. George and his son are adventure seekers that travel to go canyoneering, backpacking and exploring remote destinations.
