Client wanted to drive higher-volume, lower-complexity requisitions to lower the cost of full lifecycle recruiting resources.
Program started with five (5) full time PSG recruiters focused on end client’s customers where the client had a long track record of success. PSG recruiters sourced, screened and submitted candidates into VMS platforms on behalf of the client.
PSG Global Solutions recruiters are able to match the performance levels of the client’s internal recruiters but at a dramatically lower cost (68% reduction in fully loaded cost per recruiter). Based on the results of our VMS recruiting services, the client expanded the Manila based team to >50 dedicated VMS recruiters and has expanded PSG’s recruiting support to include a large majority of its large account segment.
